Saturday Drop Off @ 8 a.m.

Medication Drop Information: 

Instructions 

We ask that all student prescriptions be dropped off at 8 a.m. during tool loading the Saturday before the trip. A medication card will be mailed to your house leading up to the trip.

  1. List all medications you are sending for your students to take during the trip, along with the times they are usually prescribed or taken at home.

  2. Please make sure that all medications are in their original labeled containers from the pharmacy or manufacturer. All prescription medication must have the student's name on the prescription bottle. Send only the number of doses your child will need while on the trip, plus one extra dose.

  3. Sign and place Medication card, along with medications in their original labeled containers, in a resealable ziplock bag. Bring the bag with you to check-in.

Sunday Morning Check in @ 6:30 a.m.

Station 1: Check-in for HSMT 2026.  If all paperwork and payments have been received prior to trip then you will receive a Boarding Pass and Photo Booth paper with students name on it. 

Station 2: Drop your luggage in front of your designated Bus drop zone.  Keep anything you want for the bus ride with you. 

Station 3: Proceed inside to find the carryon inspection zone.  All carryons will be checked by a drug dog.

Station 4: While your carry on is being inspected you will go to Station 4 to have your picture taken with your Photo Booth name sign.  

Station 5: After taking your picture, go back to station 3 to grab your carry ons and then go to Evans hall to sit and wait for the trip to begin.

Extra Stations 

Inside check-in station: for this who are missing paperwork or payments. 

 

Adult station: If an Adult leader was not able to make the meeting, this station is where you would receive all the resources you need for the trip.  

 

Medical Station:  If you were not able to make the Saturday medication drop off, then you can bring your medication to the Med table.  

ON THE TRIP

WC Students wants every students to have community on the trip and so we try our best to honor workgroup and rooming request.  Please fill out the Workgroup/Rooming Request above so that we have as much information as we can to make sure your student has the best experience possible! 

Theme Nights

Each night, HSMT will have a theme for what you can wear that evening.  This is not mandatory but it is a fun way to connect with others on the trip.

Each evening after the worship services, we have activities to help students build community with their workgroup and with other students on the trip.

Help Needed

Volunteer Registration: HSMT doesn’t exists without the help of Adult Leaders to work with the students.  Adult leaders help in many different areas from teaching students new skills, encouraging them in their gifts, listening to them in their struggles, and talking with them about faith.  Wherever your gifts are, WC Students can use your help on HSMT!  Sign Up to be a volunteer below.

If you can’t go on the trip, WC Students can still use your help with check-in on the day of our departure.  We have opportunities to serve at any of our check-in stations as well as helping load the buses. Sign Up below to help get students checked in and ready to go on HSMT 2026!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Chuck’s Travel will provide transportation to and from Baton Rouge, as well as daily transportation between LSU and our worksites throughout the week. We have partnered with Chuck’s Travel for many years and continue to trust them to provide safe and reliable transportation for our students and leaders.

  • This year, we will be staying in Miller Hall at the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. This is a traditional style dorm with 2 beds in a room and community showers on each floor.  Students will be assigned two per room. Each student should bring their own bedding, pillow, and towel.
