NAVIGATE
Your bridge to belonging
Faith is a personal journey, but it was never meant to be a private one. In a large church, it's easy to get lost in the crowd, but we believe that you don’t stumble into discipleship—you are accompanied into it.
The Navigate ministry serves as a dedicated connection point for those looking to deepen their roots at the church. It is specifically designed to match individuals with others who are seeking a meaningful way to get involved or looking for guidance on how to better navigate and integrate into the church community. Whether you are new to the congregation or simply searching for a more personal way to fit in, Navigate guides provide the relational support and direction needed to turn that desire for involvement into a fulfilling, active role within the church family.
Navigate exists to ensure that no one at our church walks alone. We are the relational bridge between where you are and where you’re headed.

What we do
Think of Navigate as your personal guide to our community. We serve as:
-
Translators of Culture: We help demystify the church experience by explaining how things work, where to find what you need, and how to plug into the life of the congregation.
-
A Gentle Nudge: We don’t just point the way; we help you take the step. Whether it’s finding a small group, a Sunday school class, or a missional opportunity, we facilitate the connections that turn a "big church" into a home.
-
A Familiar Face: In a large environment like ours, we provide the consistent, welcoming presence that makes navigating a new space feel natural and comfortable.
Why It Matters
Research tells us that people who find an additional connection point—a small group, a class, or a mission team—are five times more likely to remain engaged long-term.
We are committed to the power of "social holiness"—the belief that our faith grows deepest when it is lived out in community. By providing these intentional touchpoints, Navigate guides help turn a Sunday morning visit into a lifelong rhythm of discipleship.
Are you looking to help others find their place in our community, or are you ready to be connected yourself?
