Interest Groups

Connect through Shared Interests

Do Life Together. Whether you're hitting the golf course, shooting hoops with other dads, planning a trip, crafting, or diving into a Christian non-fiction book club, our Interest Groups are all about connecting over shared passions.

Got an idea for a group? This ministry grows when you share your passions! If you have an idea for a new group or would like to step up and start one, please contact me. I’d love to chat and help you get it off the ground!

Hockey Player Action
HOCKEY

Calling all adult hockey players regardless of skill level. From casual weekend players to those who still dream of their shot at the Stanley Cup. Join the upcoming White's Chapel Ice Hockey Team for a great opportunity to compete, work out, and connect with others. We're still working out the team name, rink, and game nights (hey, miracles on ice take time), but what's certain is that we'll have fun, fellowship, and maybe even score a few goals.

Happy Traveler Outdoors
INTREPID TRAVELERS

Our travel club creates stress-free domestic and international group trips for approximately 30 to 40 travelers. We handle the planning from start to finish including destination research, hotels, transportation, tours, group meals, schedules, payment deadlines, travel insurance, and traveler communications. Our travelers simply pay, pack, and show up ready to enjoy the experience.

God created an amazing world, our goal is to see as much of it as possible, as long as we can travel. Traveling is much more fun with friends. We've planned 13 International and domestic trips so far and have plans for many more to come. We will be going on one international trip (tour or cruise) each year and a least 1-2 domestic trips each year. Travelers get to vote on trips from a few presented. We will meet every other month. If you're interested, please send us an email.

Settlers of Catan & Strategy Board Games Fellowship

Join us for a relaxed evening of fun, fellowship, and friendly competition centered around Settlers of Catan, a classic world-building and strategy board game. While Catan will be our starting point, members are encouraged to suggest and bring other favorite board games to try out as we grow together. Whether you are a seasoned strategist or completely new to the game, this monthly gathering is a wonderful way to connect, build friendships, and have fun!

What to Expect: We typically play one to three rounds per gathering, depending on game length.

Service Element: Beyond game nights, the group will collaborate to find a consistent theme, community need, or ministry area to support through service projects.
