Exercise Class “Stay Active & Independent for Life” (SAIL)
Mondays & Wednesdays | Jan. 13 – April 2 | 1 p.m.
a free fitness program for adults 55+ to Stay Active & Independent for Life. Participants will improve their strength, balance, and flexibility all while having fun. Did you know that improving your activity level can keep you from falling? Each class is taught by a certified SAIL instructor trained to help you meet your individual needs and set your personal goals.

Downsize Your Stuff - Right Size Your Life
Thursdays, Feb. 6 – March 13 | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Is it time to down-size your stuff and right-size your life? WC’s Health and Wellness ministry is pleased to offer this six-week seminar that will address emotional, practical, and financial issues that we face when considering whether to leave our beloved home for a smaller home or senior community.

Book Study “The Good Gift of Weakness”
Wednesdays | Jan. 22 – Feb. 26 | 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
This six-week book study will take participants into a deep dive of the theme of weakness in the Bible. Author Eric M. Schumacher offers readers practical encouragement and hope as they learn to view their frailties as part of God’s plan and purpose for their lives. From Genesis to Revelation, God’s power is made perfect when people are at their weakest.
